KARDIO4KILOS

thanks to your donations, we raised $5000.
2 LIFT4LIFE Ambassadors (NIKITA & GEORGE) will each run a marathoN (84KM!) as a result.

Kardio4Kilos

To kickoff the start of Spring, Lift4Life hosted the Kardio4Kilos Event!

Kardio4Kilos was an ambassador driven event where you got the chance to make two of our ambassadors run to lengths they have never before. We successfully raised $5000 to fund our next gym and community projects.

MILESTONE 1: $1000USD

George & Nikita will run 10KM.
These funds will establish a chicken farm at local school in Epworth, Zimbabwe. This provides a sustainable revenue stream to fund school fees for underprivileged children.

MILESTONE 2: $2500USD

George & Nikita will run 21KM (half marathon)
These funds will help us establish our next gym in a space 100km North of Harare. This will finance space renovations, transportation of equipment to gym, and training local coaches. This improves accessibility and resources of strength training in local communities. See below for pictures of the community space we want to transform!

MILESTONE 3: 5000USD

George & Nikita will run 42KM (full marathon)
These funds will purchase equipment made and built locally by a local craftsman. This includes squat rack, bench rack, and plates. This helps to provide local employment and foster opportunities for locals to participate in strength training.

Your support truly does make an impact, and every dollar and mile counts! We can't wait to see the differences we can make - and of course see our ambassadors run these lengths.

Meet our Lift4Life Ambassadors committed to running a marathon for your donations!

Meet George

Hello my name is George Sdregas! I am a freshman at The Ohio State University on a pre-law track, and a member of our powerlifting club. I have been powerlifting for 2 years now, and it has done wonders for my life. Before powerlifting, I really had no outlet to release the stress of everyday life. Today, my academic life is extremely rigorous, but nothing eases the stress more than being able to go to the gym and just lift some heavy weights. I am more than excited to see how the other ambassadors and I can take the joy and love we get from powerlifting and spread it locally and globally!

Meet Nikita

Hi, I'm Nikita. Growing up playing many sports developed my passion for personal fitness and has instilled in me the importance of living a healthy and active lifestyle. Taking up personal fitness in grade 7, I am always looking for new ways to challenge myself and ways to grow. Recently taking up strength training has allowed me to set goals and persevere towards these goals, which provides me with challenging yet extremely rewarding feelings. As a Lift4Life ambassador, I am excited to empower others with the benefits of strength training and use it as a platform to connect our world despite where you come from!
